We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you use premium features on our web application or contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:
Sensitive Information. To provide retirement scenarios and tax estimations, the Now Capital application (both web and mobile versions) sends the financial figures you enter to our secure backend servers. This information is used solely for the purpose of performing the necessary calculations in real-time. We do not store this sensitive financial information on our servers after the calculation is complete and the results are returned to your device.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Application Data. For the Now Capital Android application, all user-entered financial data is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect or store this data on our servers for Android users. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
Browser Local Storage (Web Application): The Now Capital web application (nowcapital.ca) uses browser local storage to enhance user experience for premium subscribers. Specifically, we store an authentication token and a device ID locally on your device. This allows us to recognize your session and maintain your premium access without requiring user accounts. This information is solely used for authentication and service delivery within the web application.
